This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to inform you, a user of ICZ (Non-Ferrous Metals Institute) (“the Site”, “Company”, “we”), about what information is collected, as well as how it is treated, in which situations are shared and when they are excluded, in compliance with the LGPD, Brazilian law No. 13.709, of August 14, 2018.

The acceptance of this Privacy Policy will occur when you provide personal information such as: name, telephone and address, to complete the submission through any form on the website or even when you explicitly accept the privacy policy, through disclaimer or forms on the site, expressing free, express and informed consent. The website user has the following rights, conferred by Federal Law n. 13.709, of August 14, 2018 (Personal Data Protection Law) and by the General European Personal Data Protection Regulation (RGPD):

• Right of confirmation and access: it is the user’s right to obtain from the website confirmation that personal data concerning him or her are or are not the object of processing and, if this is the case, the right to access their personal data;

II. What information is collected?

We collect specific information about you, such as: name, e-mail, company, city and state. Which are provided to us upon registration in one of the forms available on the website.

Some information is also collected automatically when the user accesses and uses the website, being characteristics of the access device, browser and Internet Protocol (IP, with date and time).

III. How is my information collected?

Your information is collected, in large part, through the forms located on the website, where you can submit it spontaneously.

Data such as: links and pages you access are collected through cookies and pixel tags. For more details, see item IV of this document.

ICZ (Non-Ferrous Metals Institute) may also use some standard technologies to collect user information, such as cookies and pixel tags, in order to improve your browsing experience.

We share user data with third-party companies that provide services for our Company, such as payment processing, e-mail services, hosting services, and customer service and support.

VII. How long will my information remain in the possession of ICZ (Non-Ferrous Metals Institute)

Your information is stored in our database during your active registration period on the website. You can request the deletion of your registration, and consequently the deletion of your information, following the instructions described in item XI.

VIII. Where is my information physically stored?

Your information is stored in our database, more precisely on a server that is physically located in the city of São Paulo/SP.

IX. How can I update my information?

To request updating of their information, the user must use the site’s contact form, available at this link, or send an e-mail to contato@icz.org.br, communicating the wish to update their personal data.

X. How can I get a full report of the information ICZ (Non-Ferrous Metals Institute) has about me?

You have the right to receive a report containing all the information we hold about you. To do this, just send an e-mail with the subject “Request to report my information” to contato@icz.org.br, preferably using the same e-mail address used to register on the site as a sender, identifying yourself with a name complete and registration e-mail on the website (in cases where the sender is not the e-mail registered on the website).

This information is necessary for us to apply the authentication process and identify you as the legitimate owner of the information.

We reserve a period of up to 15 working days after your request for you to receive a complete report of your information.

XI. How can I revoke permission to process my information?

You have the right to revoke permission to process your information at any time. As you revoke this permission, your registration on the site will be inactivated and your information deleted from our database.

To revoke, just send an e-mail with the subject “Request to delete my information” to contato@icz.org.br, preferably using the same e-mail address used to register on the site as a sender, identifying yourself with full name and registration e-mail on the website (in cases where the sender is not the e-mail registered on the website).

This information is necessary for us to apply the authentication process and identify you as the legitimate owner of the information.

We reserve a period of up to 15 working days after your request for your information to be deleted from our database.

XII. How will I be aware of updates made to this Privacy Policy?
